so many things

there are so many things to blog about today.

---

last night, me and my mom went to andrea's debut. asha, tita monsy and tito toby, and of course, andrea and tita anna's family were there (duh). i guess i failed on the beso-beso part because i pressed my lips against their cheeks *really* hard and it even hurt while kissing andrea. note to self: calm down during beso-beso.

anyway, after i spotted asha i went over to her and i got introduced to her mother, who then promised to go over to our table and introduce herself to my mother. and, arun has really neglected his hair. *applause*

we had to eat with two forks and a knife. i got myself some pasta, nachos, a taco, and some cordon bleu. i can eat those with forks (a little help from my mother, it was hard to pick rice with a fork and a knife), but the thing that bugged me was the chocolate mousse sans spoon. because i had to eat it with a fork, flakes of mousse were still left in the glass. sayang sa mousse.

*me and asha pass by the chocolate mousses before dinner*
asha: "patience, pepi."

so we were supposed to be serenaded but the yfc surprise(d) band sang a bad 214 and wag na wag (britney can really pull off a better acoustic).

and then, leiron came (all by himself) and we decided to stay outside and talk about stuff. asha's mom came to meet leiron, and then, he recounted his field trip to the principal's office for the nth time. i mixed san mig light with coke and calamansi soda because that's what i always do and i always get the same reaction because no one else is brave enough to try two different softdrinks mixed together. (why would you mix sprite and 7-up or coke and pepsi together?)

we left with tita monsy and tito toby. (o diba isaw friendships mga magulang natin)

and this sunday morning, i'm the one doing all the hard(er) work for our ip.

warning: rant ahead.

why is it that i'm the one doing the actual experimentation? unlike eibee's group, i, at home, am the one doing all the mixing of squid (hey, it doesn't smell so much after you've added ethyl alcohol) ink. i ask nancy why i'm the only one tasked to do the actual chemistry and she tells me that i'm the only one who knows how to do it.

tell you what, it's all guesswork.

i don't think eibee and her group really knew how to do it at the beginning, which is why we're given so many trials. i don't even know what i'm doing, and this ink ends up looking like black and gray watercolor. why not work on it together at chris's house?

you know what, forget it. it's done. leiron, don't go around boasting that we finished the whole thing, because in truth, i did the whole thing, you guys were only in charge of the whole paperwork.

and in an ironic moment, i feel guilty for leaving ryan to mix the toothpaste while i did the paperwork last year.

in the meantime, let's all enjoy our freedom of speech. ;)
